Seeing Piyali's dance today and her elimination reminds me of Vrushalis elimination from Season 1 ... She too performed beautifully on the same song... Salam -e- Ishq meri jaan and was eliminated on the same day... Today Piyali too performed on the same song so nicely and got eliminated... Two classical dancers, amazing learning graph, eliminated early on... It was like History repeats itself...

Terence please abhi aur kisi ko yeh gaane pe dance karne mat dena unless and until you choreograph the song for some contestant from another team... 😆...

DC!! I noticed that! As soon as "salaam-e-ishq" started, I was instantly reminded of Vrushali's dance on this. It was her elimination solo as well...and I even think they left at the same stage of the competition also 😕 2 classical dancers, great growth curves, same song...weird coincidence 😆

Haha yes..if there is a next season, TL please apne classical dancer ko iss song pe dance mat karvana please 😆 It doesn't seem to be lucky for them 😆

But unfortuantely I don't think Piyali got to Vrushali level for me..Vrushali just has SO much grace and softness in her movements. Piyali doesn't have that..I liked bits of her performance a lot, par I missed Vrushali :(

Yep totally weird... and I agree Piyali wasn't at par with Vrushali... Piyali showed tremendous improvement...but Vrushali was like a expression insitution within herself... Vrushali's performance then was sooo good...cannot compare the two...I was sooo sad when Vrushali was eliminated... she was a power house performer...

^Word..seriously. When it comes to expressions, Vrushali ka koi mukabla nahin. And even..grace you know? I don't think anybody's been as graceful as Vrushali either on the show..I thought Geeta was nice to watch in her "salaam-e-ishq" bit as well..

Sigh. I really missed Vrushali and Siddesh both today. I think they would have been magical in today's theme..

Ahhh thank you for the videos! I was looking for them! Oh man is the difference more apparent now or what? Vrushali just owned this performance. The grace, the softness, the expressions, the movements..Sigh..never will understand how dada didn't veto her elimination after that.

Another similarity: the elimination HAD to be from TKT. The bottom 2 dancers were both from TKT when Vrushali got eliminated and when Piyali got eliminated. With Vrushali, it was Alisha in the bottom with her..and with Piyali, it was Neerav.

oh seriously vrushali was an amazing performer and one of my favs that season, piyali was not of same level but she def showed great improvement...good observation, such a weird coincidence...we shud sent this to terrence lol so that next time he does not use this song for a contestant...haha

DC SEI is a jinxed song...TL should not choreograph that song nor have any one of his contestants dance on it...😳

Piyali did not get out due to her last performance...She should have been out looong back...Even some of her facial expressions on SEI were not good...Besides doing fab chakras she was alright in other steps...

Vrushali was da bomb in her classical performances, so was Shruti of season 2..

Althought agree a classical dancer out yet again...Sad indeed although justified..
