Ram's confession...A little more??

He said that he kissed her to shut her up, otherwise she kept on getting angry for no reason saying those unnecessary words..Open your eyes and see me and listen to me he says..

Leaving the tablets just for her sake;

Drinking lemon juice from road side stalls;

A 40 plus Punjabi willing to change even the smallest deep rooted habits just for her;

Sleeping in a cramped car the whole night and waiting for her call;

Ego preventing him to call her first;

Scared of his ego; scared that he will be rejected..

A man who had changed so much that he has no clue of whats happening to him...

Well all these he said to her before confessing..My wish was he could have said a lot more before taking the next step..Atleast it will put him in equal footing with the ranting and raving and confession Priya did..

Here what he could have said..

"I came flying from US in two days cutting short my trip-Just for you"

The BC scare, scared the hell out of me. Didnt want to loose you from my life.

The doll I have kept lovingly means nothing to me now. I have my own doll in flesh and blood. A doll I will always take care till my life; a doll that will love me till my life..

Everyone calls me fatty, obese. motta. But you are the only person trying to see the heart inside this big body..

My different heartbeats for different reactions and situations all beat in unison - only for you..

A life of sacrifice and living for others took a new meaning after your arrival.. Now I want to live and live only for you..

People around me want my attention and love me for their own reasons, but I crave for your attention and want to love you for my own reason..

A lonely child wishing for a mother's comfort;

An adult wanting to know more in life;

A lover wanting to explore the unexplored;

A person discovering whats love and wanting more;

A man who will be complete with a woman.

Ram is nothing without Priya..

Addendum:

Guess one point I left out was Ram's emotions and expressions.

Be it his eyes speaking much more than mere words,

His jaws tight and clenched while angry with inital words from Priya;

Smile and smirk while Priya was teasing and understood the hidden meaning;

His boyish innocence and miscomprehension while Priya wanted to just sleep..

Total surrender and helplessness when he declared his love and Priya simply walked away..

On the whole his body and face simply took another dimension in conveying all those unsaid words and unspoken thoughts..

Kudos Ram!!!

Maris nice thoughts but EK will only show what she wants to and that is lopsided storylines...

beautifull writen Maris i totally agree with you wish he would have said more about how much he loves her and what she means to him..but still ovetall it was awesome and flawless..

Thanks Celi.. It was overall a beautiful epi, but the somehow I wanted it to be perfect with lot more of Ram's confession..

Indya. It may be truethat less words more action will always work wonders..😆😉Probabaly Ram may say more to Priya later.. Who knows?

While I thought he shoulda said a bit more, I'll accept that this is Ram's way of doing things.

People can't be the same - some are about less words and more actions.

I loved his expressions, I really do.

Also, Priya is more emotional here - she took the first step. He already had an advantage - he knew how she felt. He wasn't on as nervous a footing as she was, or ought to have been.

But mostly - he's a guy and will do it differently. She's a gal, and will do it differently. I, after much thought, figured this was better. This is her way, and that was hers. They dont' have to be the same, or even similar.

And the BC scare, the coin part, the coming from US - I think it'll come, slowly, gradually. I specially want Priya to find out about the coin in the cup.

Lets see.
