Friday, February 24th Update Scene starts with Saro & co. playing cards, and eventually Meenu's dad and mom come to watch as well. Saro is on a roll, winning against Tamil🥳and Tamil is getting madder by the second. Tamil thinks that there is cheating going on, suspecting Saro. His dad tells him not to take the game seriously, and enjoy it for the fun of it 👏...but Tamil is having none of that. He tells Sudha to stand, to see if she has hidden any extra cards. Turns out she did, but she passes the card over to Saro because she is afraid of her brother (Saro, nee finished). Then she stands up but Tamil still not satisfied. He then tells Saro to stand up, and sees the card Sudha gave to Saro. As usual, Tamil throws a tantrum (I knew it , paavam Saro). He accuses Saro of being a cheat & fraud, bringing up all the things Saro did in the past [for example, the jadagam matter] (😆 is the director giving us a flashback?). His dad tries to calm him down, but Tamil is having none of it and leaves. Slowly everyone leaves except for Meenu, Saro and Saro's dad. Meenu gives Saro a sad look 😕 , before leaving as well. Saro's dad says, "Thank goodness Tamil didn't make me stand". Saro, intrigued, asks, "Why?" to which his dad replies, "Sduha was only hiding 2 cards...I was hiding 2 decks"🤣. Saro laughs, and then hugs his dad.
Meenu calls her brother to eat, but her brother is still very upset. Meenu asks are you upset because of the game...Tamil says no at first, but then concedes yes. Tamil says that Saro is very fraud like, unlike you who told the truth even at the police station (that's a harsh comparison ). Tamil says Saro lacks honestly, pointing out the jadagam (aiyoo, this matter won't disappear it seems 👎🏼) matter as an example and that at the game, he felt like slapping Saro (Aiyaiyo! Again, violence? 😲). Meenu says that if you want to slap someone, slap Sudha because she was the one cheating. Tamil is all shocked. Meenu continues on, saying that Saro isn't the type of guy who you think he is; he is much better than that...that is why I expect so much from him. She tells Tamil not to hate Saro and that he [Tamil] will understand Saro one day (Aww!!! 😳). Then she tells Tamil to eat again, and he leaves as well. When Tamil finally leaves, she turns around to see Saro staring at her. Both all happily look at each other and then look away 😳😳😳, before parting.
Saro and his dad are sleeping. Saro sees his dad sleeping peacefully, before spraying water on his dad. Saro says I have no sleep, so tell me how to solve my problem. Saro's dad says, can I solve the problem in the morning, because right now I am playing 'Neegalum Vellalam Oru Kodi' with Surya 😆😆😆. Saro says really, well then answer my questions. Saro's dad can't answer any of the questions properly 😛. Saro says with a record like this, you plan on winning 1 crore? Saro's dad thinks, you are waking me up in the middle of the night to 'kaalachufy' me...just wait.
Over in the other room Meenu is not sleeping either. She wakes up Sudha instead. Sudha advises Meenu to sleep, but Meenu is in 'kadu kadu' mode 😕. She asks how Saro can possibly sleep while, she can't Sudha. Sudha advises her to either call Saro to wake him up as well [to which Meenu replies that Saro is 'paavam' 😳 ] or to think of a happy moment she shared with him and fall asleep. Sudha then says while you make your decision, I will continue my sleep 😆 . Meenu [still in thinking mode], leaves her room and stands in the doorway. To her surprise, across from her stands none other than (drum roll please 😊)...Saro!
Saro asks Meenu why she isn't sleeping, since the time is near 1 in the morning. Meenu says I couldn't sleep. Saro, what's the reason behind that? Meenu then repeats the same questions back to Saro, to which Saro can't answer as well. Saro laughs, before calling Meenu a loosu. Meenu laughs too, before calling Saro a loosu as well. Saro says, "Everyone knows that already" (true true 😆), but Meenu asks, "Do you know that you are a loosu?" Saro says, "If everyone else knows, won't I know?" Meenu asks, "Then why do you call me a loosu?" Saro replies, "If any seriously discusses with a loosu, what does it make them? See now, why you are a loosu too?" (Enna oru logic...😉)
Meenu says okay fine, but why are you in such a good mood now...compared to when you came here all angry & upset. Saro says, he never fights with girls at night. Meenu says, "Enough of your jokes. Why didn't you tell Tamil the truth, that it was Sudha who was hiding the cards?" Saro jokingly says, "If I did that nothing would have happened...but by not saying anything I look like the good guy. Didn't you even believe that?" Meenu is not happy (Oh no, 😕). She asks, "So you planned this before, you did it?" Saro [again, jokingly] says, "Saravana, ethai'um plan panna'mai, seyurathu illai." Meenu getting angrier and Saro realizes that Meenu doesn't get his joke (Ithu beginning'lai purinju irukanum ). Saro says, "I just did it to save Sudha." Meenu says, "Just 2 minutes ago you said something different".
Saro says, "When I talk seriously, you laugh; but when I make jokes, you get mad...I can never understand you character." Meenu says, "That is what I am saying as well. I still don't know who you are...a bad guy acting as a good guy or a good guy acting as a bad guy." 😲 Saro says, "Don't make me shout unnecessarily at night. Go sleep, and we talk about everything tomorrow morning." Meenu asks, "You can even sleep?", to which Saro sarcastically replies, "Super'a varruthu." 😕 Meenu says, "Of course you will sleep...I am the only one standing here, suffering without sleep." Saro says, "I am suffering as well", to which Meenu replies, "You just said you can sleep; now you are saying you are suffering." Saro says, "Look, can't you see a guy staying up till 2 O'clock? Why are you complaining about him to him?" Meenu says, "I was deceived." 😲😲😲
Saro asks, "How were you deceived?" Meenu replies, "I was deceived by your actions...they were all an act." 😲 Saro gets angry and says, "What I do? I asked you to marry me and then study...is that wrong?" Meenu says, "Why are you forcing your wants onto me? I said I would marry you after I finished my studies." Saro says, "I am begging this much, yet you are still hanging onto that Ph.d." Meenu replies, "Don't talk too much." Saro says, "Am I important or is that Ph.d important?" Meenu answers, "You both are." Saro says, "Don't give me this halwa. Decide, is it going to be education or marriage. Trust me, after marriage I will make you study." Meenu replies, "Why are you saying you have to make me study? I will study, regardless of what you say. I will study and I will start a school." Saro replies, "If you are going to decide everything, why do you need a husband/family?" Meenu says, "Who do I have to ask to decide about my own life?" Saro says, "You have to ask me." 😲
Meenu replies, "You decide what I want to do, fine...but I'll decide what you want to do as well. I'll let go of my Ph.d if you let go of your radio job. Then we'll marry." 😲😲😲 Saro asks, "After leaving the radio job, how do you expect me to feed myself?" Meenu says, "If money is the problem, I will arrange for it." Saro says, "That radio job is my dream, I've been doing it for over 8 years. I will not give it up for any one." Meenu replies "See! When someone tells you not to do something you like, doesn't it hurt? I feel the same pain when someone tells me not to do what I like." Saro challenges, "I'm telling you Meenakshi, this marriage will happen before that Ph.d; want to see?" 😲 Meenu says, "What arrogance you have." And then she pushes Saro. Saro reacts as well, but instead of doing something to Meenu, he throws his water bottle on the ground 😲 . Both stare at each other angrily, not speaking at all. Both turn to opposite directions to leave 😭, only to see their respective family members . Both Saro's dad and Meenu's family look very sad and distressed 😭.

-Meenu's dad talks to Tamil about a neighborhood girl who likes to watch Tamil. Tamil not amused, but Meenu's dad is😆.
-Meenu's dad puts a garland on Saro at the temple😕.
-Saro's mom 😈 makes a sudden entry, shocking the father & son duo .
