Did anyone else feel that Siddhi blushed-smiled in the precap in a special way??? Is she pregnant?

It'll be that old cliched scene of sari pallu getting caught on something & Siddhi thinking its Kunal tugging at the pallu & blushing. Poor disappointed Siddhi😭

i think sometyms such quintessential scenes shud b shown whr pallu or dupatta gets stuck or the very famous stiching the button of ur man's shirt n cutting the thread vth ur teeth...i lyk these type of scenes such scenes must happen once in a while.
