Why Nidhi is not at Kotnis

We all are waiting for Nidhi to join back at Kotnis. We feel she not having any career is effecting her. I just thought, CVs are planning to get Dr.Mathur back at some point of time and he only can influence her to take her career seriously.

nidhi shld have joined back as soon as ashutosh had offered her...but i guess she is not sure as to whether to join back kornis...bcos she doesnot have any clear idea as to y ashu had thrown her away...once ashu makes himself clear i guess nidhi wud join back asap...this has been mentioned by some one else in this forum earlier...

Why Nidhi cannot go to Kotnis..
we all know that Nidhi is not averted to working..She wanted to join back and started again with Kotnis..later she desperately tried and happy to join at Dr.Sunil's...

Ashutosh had dismissed her citing disciplinary action..I wonder which management will take such a candidate again!!! How could Ashutosh asked her to join back!! I am not sure whether Kotnis is Ashutosh's own property...even if it is, by taking her back he is setting a bad precedence to others.

In some extreme cases, the candidate may challenge the decision and through some legal action, if the candidate is proven innocent, then he/she may be reinstated..Here there is no chance ever Nidhi will do that.

earlier Nidhi has resigned herself...and again, on Ashutosh's (read chief admn) request only she could enter. Still, some people like Mallika pointed out correctly -- 'aane jaane ka rasta banaaya'

Mr.Mathur could be one possibility.
But he may come at the end to see how successful doctors are his adopted(?) son & daughter-in-law ( grand daughter)

I wanted to through a discussion point and see... Till today I do not understand why Ashu won't talk about his mistake of dismissing her and why she do not seriously take his offer...

well I think Nidz has become to occupied with her (day dreaming) Hero and Noodle-boy...that she doesn't has time to work and earn a paycheck for herself and provide for her fly...

For the story to move forward Nidhi has to join back KGH...but AF like Mudra pointed out KGH is not Ashu's fiefdom that he can hire and fire at will and also hire back a intern who was fired for indiscipline...
