17 feb ke episode mein chote bhai se bade bhai ki self defence kerte hue hatya ho gayee aur usse 7 saal ki saza hui jubki usne khud police station ja ke surrender kiya . kya yeh saza bahut jyada nahi ? agar koi tumhe maar raha ho aur khud mar jaye to bhi 7 saal jail mein rehna padega isse to yehi lagta hai ki defence ki jagah mar hi jao.

I don't understand the length of the sentence either. There was no intent on the younger brother's side; the weapon belonged to the older brother - he brought it with the intent to harm the younger one.

Aree with you. It didn't happen on purpose. The older brother was the one who wanted to kill his younger brother. He shouldn't have got such a long sentence. It was not fair. He was defending himself. He didn't do it on purpose. Anyone could have died in that situation.
