Robin Hood mentality

This is in reference to BJKL post, stating that though angad won't marry mishty, kripa will marry prithvi

Everybody must be aware of the robin hood story- he stole from the rich n gave it to the poor. Keeping aside all the injustices done to the poor in those times aside, I feel the premises of such a value system are wrong – why should u penalize the more fortunate just to compensate the less fortunate.

The same goes with all the soap stories today, lets take away the love of the person who has his share of vices and give it to the one who is almost godly in nature. Lets see : Kashish leaves sujal n marries piyush, Kumud leaves Garv and marries Kshitij, Prerna leaves anurag and marries Bajaj etc etc. the soaps are full of such stories : lets reward some people for their inherent goodness while penalize some for their inherent flaws.

Don't get me wrong; I have no problem with good things happening to good people, they deserve it but love shouldn't be used for prize distribution. Isn't being in love all about accepting both the virtues and vices of the one you love, then why is every mistake accompanied by the threat of loosing the one you love.

Prithvi is just wonderful no doubts about that but still kripa doesn't love him then why is she getting married to him ? Lets see it could be just to spite angad (though I doubt that), parents pressure (I doubt that too), she falls in love with him (highly unlikely given the plot of the story) or it could be that prithvi asks her to marry him and she just can't bring herself to reject him again after all that he has done for her. Now I have a big problem with that. Just because he deserves her more or is more perfect for her doesn't mean he should get her. Why? Because he is not applying for a job or admission to a college where the most deserving candidate wins. Love isn't or atleast shouldn't be like this and marriage is not the solution to all problems nor the means to get back/get even with someone else.

So while angad least deserves Kripa, she is still HIS love and shouldn't be given away as candy to prithvi for his good behaviour.

P.S : Plus the parameters of measuring goodness of a person should also differ from person to person. I mean, while being good comes easy to prithvi (that's his nature), it takes a lot of work in Angad's case (its not in his nature to be nice) so angad definitely should score some brownie points for making the effort …….😉😉😉.... What say?

But dunno why, I have a feeling that unlike most Balaji productions, this one will be slightly different! I don't think Kripa and Prithvi will marry!

Firstly, Kripa is shown to be an independent and assertive person in her own right. She took a stand with Prithvi earlier and refused the engagement in front of everyone. She again refused him when Dadi forwarded his proposal and very clearly stated that she doesn't love him and is not going to marry for charity. Keeping in mind, the logical inference of Kripa's character till now, it will be really stupid if she agrees to marry him even if he proposes for the third time.

Secondly, despite knowing what a pig Angad is, she still went ahead with a relationship with him and went all the way, knowing that he is not exactly the stuff that future husbands are made of! Kripa was sure that she loves Angad and that is enough for her. Even after Angad gave her the royal thumbs down, she told Prithvi that she believes she has done no wrong by loving, only she loved the wrong person.........but the mistake has been done, she has loved and loved with her all her heart and soul, it doesn't matter whom she showered her love on.....the point is that her heart is taken already and won't be returned.

Thirdly, inspite of all that Angad has said and done, Kripa is still very much in love with Angad, that is quite obvious. And even though her love is going to turn into hatred very soon, she will always have a part of her with Angad and will never be able to get over him fully and not that he will let her get over him anyway!

Fourth, Kripa has tremendous respect and affection for Prithvi and that is the very reason she won't marry him on the rebound unlike what Angad is going to do with Misthi. Kripa cares for Prithvi and that is why she won't subject him to a hollow relationship, while Angad cares for none but himself, hence he will subject anyone to any amount of pain for his whims and fancies!

Fifth, Kripa will become a non-beliver in love, and after what has happened to her, I won't be surprised if she starts hating men. The very premise of Kripa's deep love for Angad was her faith in love and its power of changing any human being......but she has had it very, very bad and know will lose all faith in human emotions and relationships!

Hence, I personally feel that Kripa will not marry Prithvi but lead a solitary life!

Kripa is not a trophy that should be handed to Prithvi for his goodness.This is utter stupidity......Kripa is not a Swiss Candy...she is a human-being, much in love with another man,Angad. She can rage fires against him but the fact does not change.

I have said this before, Love is less about "deserving" and more about "needing."

There's a chance that what you're saying might happen, but there's an even higher chance that the cliched storyline will take place here too.
