How can Siddhi free Kunal from marital rape accusation
Preview: We all know Siddhi would be fighting Kunal's case [ based on promo so far]. Case started with Kunal being accused of attempt to rape Witcha. Case took a dramatic turn yesterday with now Kunal being additional accused of raping his own wife Siddhi which was also linked to them filing for div. In addition he was also accused of forcibly marrying Siddhi and killing his own brother. All in total character assassination of Kunal.
We all have been discussing how Siddhi can prove Kunal's innocense that he has not attempted to rape Witcha.
My take on how i think this should progress. But again Jai Ho our CV's.:
Even before Siddhi attempts to prove that, she first has to clear all the false character accusations levelled against Kunal yesterday one by one. They all were smartly linked by T and only she can unwind each one of them in front of judge to the whole world.
Attempted Marital rape charge : All she needs to say is that Kunal never raped her , whatever physical relation they had was mutual [ if a wife says that in court and that too as a lawyer , has so much significance]. I can visualize Witcha's face when she finds out that actually Sinal did have a physical relation too.
This will also jagao bell in Kunal. She is not openly confessing but should clear his one MU that she did not mind that consumation.
Divorce: All she has to say that she does not want div but as a Bharatiya Nari [ stare at T saying that], she agreed to K and signed just to make him happy. After all she cares for her happiness more than her's.
This proves T wrong as T indicated that Siddhi filed for div.
Her biggest witness for this would be that senior judge. Siddhi can get him to testify to tell the court what the discussion between him and her was , when she went back to his room.
Also he can also say that not only she does not want div [ basd on that discusion] but looking at Kunal's concern for her [ when he gave her tissue], he thought that this couple indeed care for each other and hence gave a 6 month ext.
Also another bell ghanti for Kunal that Siddhi indeed does not want div. Again she is not openly confessing but another MU could get cleared.
Situation leading to marraige: She can confirm that Kunal only asked her to marry but did not force her. She only willingly agreed under no pressure.
Anand's death : She can also confirm that it was an accident and Kunal had no handin it as he was in the marraige hall at that time.
Once she clarifies all the above, Kunal's character is shown to be clean again which was malified by T. Most importantly for court, this is all being pointed out by his own wife who is also defending him as a lawyer.
Then she can concentrate on clearing Kunal of Witcha's false charge which we all have been discussing in other threads.

Siddhi uses lawyer brains to figure out all this out and put 2 to 2 together
Siddhi stops shedding tears. Uses mouth more than her eyes. Some tears is fine to convince the judge further.
