Randomly this thought was running in my mind...as thakral has played his cards very well...now wat does siddhi have in favour of kunal to prove him innocent...

so---

1) will vineet make a come back and help siddhi get kunal out of this case...may be vineet supported richa jus to get her love back but as vineet realizes witcha actually doesnt love kunal and has put a cheap case on him...vineet can support them(only thing wat i think can help kunal)

2)Kunals assistant atleast now he should be of some use...he may come into picture...to help siddhi

3)the girl who came during witcha s engagement...

4)very less chance but hotel camera (no chance but still ekta show anything can happen) in corridor or near the room...

5)some one any waiter has heard the convo or saw the convo b/w witcha and kunal...

And i think the truth will be told by richa herself as siddhi will put her in trouble questioning her continuously may be witcha gets confused wat to answer in a dilemma she pours out her frustration and says "haan kunal ne kuch nahin kiya maine hi uske drink mein..."

and realizes wat she said

The case gets dismissed...

So wats ur thought how will siddhi prove kunal innocent????

Seriously though, CCTV footage in hall for sure.
The girl even if she doesnt know anythnig can be grilled, to say that she was paid money to lie,
Vineets files can lead to finding out who is responsible for planting them at the police station.
Cell phones both Siddhi's & Kunal's might have miraculously recorded something
Kunal made a call to his assistant just before he had the spiked drink, that call will have something to do with this.

Most of all I want Witcha to be pushed against a wall & made to spurt out what Kunal said after the "I Luv you".

i hope vineet's make a comeback to expose witcha, bec he too played a role in witcha';s plan

or i would love to see siddhi trap witcha in her own words

and if they show a video of the kunal witcha scene in the hotel room, that will be an icing on the cake, bec kunal confessed his love for siddhi there

Good thoughts. My take on each one :

1) Already in media so many places that actor Gautam Rode [ Vineet] has exited the show. Doubt whether he would make a comeback. But they can show some FB of his involvement which viewers may not have seen yet.

2)Kunals assistant would definately be of great help. If siddhi knows or thinks in that direction. Becoz she has seen him at their home once when he came to pick up Kunal. Atleast his help can lead Siddhi to truth behind the drama played on engagement night by Witcha and confront her to get her to speak the truth.

May be just to prove that Vineet had paid her to say lies and all of Vineet's case files which Kunal was investigating was a hoax. Again combined with point2 above to lead to confronting Witcha.
Both points 2 and 3 do not directly prove Witcha's involvement.

Main hall CCTV showing Witcha mixing the drink will just nail it for Sinal. But knowing T , who knows they may already have doctored those tapes if he already has evidence to prove Siddhi came to the hotel.

Remotely Possible but never know since we have not being shown anything. Plus even if there was one, could have been already paid by T to say against.

I want Siddhi to cross question Richa cleverly and break her mentally. Then she might blurt out the truth herself. As per the track, Vineet coming back will not be much help to give any clue about all the happenings in hotel room because he left Richa with Kunal before that.

I am just hoping Siddhi proving Kunal innocent track will be well executed one and not messed up like present mu track.
