My best friend: Preeti. But she's no more. She committed suicide on May 14 this year and nobody knows the reason. There was nothing that I hid from her. She was my best critic and was least affected by my star-status.
One thing no one knows about me: I hate getting up early and my mood is irritable in the mornings. I don't like talking too much then.
If I wasn't a star I would be: I could only be an actor. I could have been nothing else.
My secret dream role: Rani Mukerjee's 'Black'
Last thing I bought for myself: Just recently I bought nine pairs of shoes. I also have a fetish for bags. I shop both from showrooms and small shops.
What I love and hate about my job: I love the fact that I can play different roles and live different lives in one lifetime. But I hate the working hours. We work for almost 13 hours, from 9 am to 10 pm.
I envy: People who can sleep late. I can't do so in this profession. But I work half-days for the latter 16 days in a month. So the 17th of every month is like a Sunday. I just laze around.
My food fetish: I love all that my mom cooks — dal, sabzi, roti. I also enjoy pav bhaji and chinese food.
I would be lost without: my cell phone
I look best in: Indian clothes. But I feel most comfortable in western wear.
Dream man: He should have expressive eyes and a smile that kills. I can't handle insensitive men. Chivlary turns me on. He should be a good human being.
