OTT Drama, but necessary because...

it helps reinforce the need for a re-marriage.

If everyone accepted the wedding without high-jinks tears, Arhi won't have a proper wedding in place of a six-month one with no legal validity.

So the Cvs had to make all the characters OTT to get to the next plot point.

And watching Arnav being disowned by her Nani can't be a bad thing. Khushi shot him a totally empathetic look today, which was worth watching after all the rona-dhona!

Do you think this makes sense?😊

Yeah, you're right, but it is a torture for us viewers to watch this nani & AnJalli crap at the moment 😊

Yup, even I saw the look of empathy that Khushi shot Arnav, he too will understand what it means to be disowned by family and have more consideration for Khushi in the future.

I see your point, however... why this anger towards Khusi...

Nani and Anjali should know her better... Why to so much disrespect towards her... They could have just kept that geared towards Arnav

Hated Payal to guts for not even offering prashad to Khusi... LM that was limit...

Loved ASR dialogue" kab tak drama chale ga" seariously... We are tired too... Show hatred between leads but wats deal with all this nonsense

I hated it, along with the rest of us.

Which is why I think my crib is with the CV's creativity, not the characters' behavior. If they need to get from one plot-point to another, the CVs can find creative ways around it, instead of resorting to the rona-dhona.

The whole OTTness today was to precipitate a remarriage, and the OTTness of the Gupta ladies the day before was to make Khushi absolutely bereft, so she would ask that "Shaadi Kyun Ki" with more vigour. I hated the clichedness of the Gupta ladies' dialogs as well.

But I guess daily-soap writers need to keep all sort of target audiences in mind, and a very large sector likes rona-dhona!!🤢

I think the whole idea is to alienate Khushi from everyone at RM, so that when the truth about Shyam comes out everyone would be against her except Arnav, who would know the truth by then. That would bond Arhi ---already they seem to be making it Arhi vs Family.

I think the CVs are now setting the stage (with more cleverness than originality) for the coming track in the next month.

There are a lot of things ASR did not count for---the innocence of his wife for one, and her love for him, for another.😆

Yep, from drama to drama we go---cos that is the only way they can bring back Rabba ves

You have a nice point there!!
Yes, it does seem like all this drama is for the re-marriage...
Since ASR isn't someone who would easily agree to the re-marriage, there has to be a valid reason shown...So now he'll agree atleast to stop all this drama...and to pacify nani and Anjali...
