@Radhe ... yes, he needs her more ... can you blame him, with that retarded child-woman of a sister, who has never grown up ... he needs some support and Khushi is the one to give it ... I loved the way the masks were off finally ... for a short while ... till they came back again ... but the thing is, she KNOWS he is hiding something big from her, and she will not rest till she finds out what it is.

He knows but he doesn't want to accept it, he wants to hang onto that delusion that Khushi can still be his and that they can have a future together. Shyam can't accept the fact Khushi has nothing but disgust for him and even his touch is enough to creep her out.

Completely agree with the bold. I really think he fears that she will agree to it being true and being in love with Shyam. Infact even during the face-off when Shyam says you forced her into marriage or she would never have agreed you can see a distinct change in his expressions before he says you can think whatever you like!
Diya: I agree it was not his decision to make either for Anj or Khushi. Atleast we know his hasty decision works out well for Khushi in the long run. For Anj we'll have to just wait and watch!
