Does that indicate something? The promo has this:

Something about happiness and sadness and then they walk, Nani does, they show the scenes and then cut to a beautiful music piece in the bg (another one they scored) and Arnav and Khushi look at each other surprised?

So is the sholok in the bg a symbolism?

Even I was thinking the same thing. But I don't understand the meaning of shloks. If someone here can interpret what it means then maybe we will get the clue about the story?😃

its what they say in the first round...
The vow is that all the moments of joy and struggle would be shared equally by the bride, and where ever and whatever be the condition of the husband the bride would be always there by his side and be just like one of his.

Sukh Dukhani sarvani tvayasaha vimjayate; yatr tvam tanduham tantra prathame sa brabididdum.(Vow 1)

It means:

All the moments of joy and struggle would be shared equally by the bride, and where ever and whatever be the condition of the husband the bride would be always there by his side and be just like one of his.

Means that we will be together and share good times and bad times ( need to brush up on my Sanskrit!)
Some what like the one from Christian marriages " In sickness and in health ... till death do us part"
