Note that he called her Khushi Kumari Gupta after she called Mr. Arnav Singh Raizada. It's an important detail. Because when she called him by his full name, his expression hardened. Had she called him Arnavji... well, he wouldn't have hardened. The full name calling is really a bitter connection to their past. It was brought up tonight, changing the dynamics of their relationship once again.

When Khushi calls him by his full name, it means Angry Fight Mode 😆 Arnav probably needed her to be angry because he couldn't be hard on the vulnerable Khushi. She did him a favor 😆

Guess CVs didnt pay attention... she is not even KKG now after her family has disowned her, she is only Khushi...who is made Dukhi by ASR..so he must change her name to Dukhi ...

I think once arnav accepts her as his wife (after all this fiasco ) he'll address her as khushi raizada. At the moment he needs to carry on this sharade
