I don't think it's time to say goodbye or anything. Like someone else said, SRK sells..people go and watch his films regardless...whether or not they're worth it in the end, is another story. He's still a superstar & will probably remain so, but at such an age he needs to do work wisely so he can be remembered as a great actor as well.

I really like SRK..and always have, but when I look back at his films today I feel the guy has been too busy working with his friends for no reason..*cough* Karan Johar *cough* & in doing so..he has screwed himself over more than he has benefited. Sure, he has earned hits with such movies & whatnot, but I feel we've failed to see the best of SRK because he was too busy portraying himself as the perfect loverboy in films made by the Chopras & the Johars. When people talk about SRK's best work it's of the yrs before he started working with Karan Johar and all the movies he has worked on excluding those of the Johars & Chopras..which basically sums up what I'm trying to say. At times, I feel SRK's friends such as Kjo or Farah Khan have benefited off of working with SRK more than SRK has with them. He never needed them, they however did need him..& now, they ccould care less about SRK.

Further, I feel SRK has been a bit delusional thinking that since "SRK sells" he'll always have everything going for him regardless of what he does. However, the audiences have gotten smarter over the yrs, & SRK has been receiving competition from his fellow actors unlike before & it's not so easy anymore. At such an age, where he's nearing 50, I feel he just needs to just do work which will prove he's not just a superstar but one of bollywood's best actors as well. & when you're nearing 50, logically you should be doing substantial roles because you shouldn't even be thinking about the typical stuff he used to do at a younger age..but not exactly sure if SRK sees it the same way. 😆

& yes, I do think SRK has the acting skills to take on any of his fellow actors, but I only feel he has wasted his time doing the same old sh!t, with his not so worth it friends, over and over again ..so he has been wasting his talent.

I've also noticed how SRK seems tp be the most stressed out actor in bollywood. I was seeing a clip of SRK from filmfare yesterday..it was when Ranbir won the best actor award & they constantly showed SRK from the audience...& I couldn't help but notice how awful he looked. & it's not because he's aging..he just looked plain stressed out..I think it was the first time I ever noticed that? 😆 but anyway, it kind of made me feel sad because this same guy in my opinion used to look the youngest for his age just a couple of yrs back out of all of his contemporaries, also used to look the most charismatic, slick, charming & whatnot..yet here, he just looked like a totally different person.

It's as if SRK knows what he has to do, but just doesn't know how? & with such a high budget film sinking at the box office (Ra.One)..I'm pretty sure it all has taken a toll on him mentally, physically & emotionally. He's a hardworking guy, just hope for the remaining yrs he has in the industry he uses them wisely..that's basically all he has to do.
