Ok I am narrating in English as I really am not all that good with Hindi .
Milord,as all are aware I have been accused of attempt to rape on Miss Ritcha Thakral.
Like we all saw in the last session Miss Ritcha Thakral has agreed to a certain sequence of events which I later clarified to be mere ramblings of my highly imaginative mind.
đHaving done that I would like to request my ever so worthy opponent 'Thakral Saab' to provide proofs to support that story , which again Milord we must not forget was fictitious and for which I take all due credit.
Milord ,my opponent and the prime accused in this case seems to be quite preoccupied with his highly creative imagination that he seems to have forgotten that we have a case hearing in progress.
My next witness is someone who knows the prime accused very well,perhaps better than anyone else.Milord I would like to request Mrs Siddhi Chopra wife of Mr Kunal Chopra to grace the witness stand with her presence.
THAKRAL
Mrs Siddhi Chopra , so you are the wife of the aspiring rapist Mr Kunal Chopra.
KUNAL
There are multiple possibilities as to how Mr Thakral could approach the divorce issue ,I am just providing one of the options he might opt for.Because divorce wont prove him guilty but can be utilised to scar his character.This is my first attempt so bear with any mistakes...đ

Thakral lifts his bulk of the unconfortable wooden chair, smirks and approaches the bench.

My next witness is someone who knows the prime accused very well,perhaps better than anyone else.Milord I would like to request Mrs Siddhi Chopra wife of Mr Kunal Chopra to grace the witness stand with her presence.
Kunal is perplexedđ,all the Chopras are suprised.Only Richa tries in vain to hide her delight.
Siddhi gets up and walks hesistantly towards the witness stand, all the while her eyes never leaving Kunal once.She knows whats coming and she knows it may prove to be detrimental for their case.
Kunal also keeps looking at Siddhi wondering what Thakral plans to ask her ,
he thinks it must be about her visiting Ritcha to plead to free him from the case,anger sweeps through his veins, he had told her not to do it.

Siddhi flinches at the accusation hurled at her husband.

I am the wife of Mr Kunal Chopra ,who has been wrongly accused of such a heinous crime.
THAKRAL
Mrs Siddhi as a lawyer you must be aware that whether he has been wrongly or rightly accused is for the court to decide.
SIDDHI
Yes, but as a witness in the court of law I am expected to speak what I believe is the truth and hence my earlier statment.
THAKRAL

Kunal looks up at Siddhi.

'Milord I have further proof of this mans selfishness.I am presenting the court with the current medical report on Mr Kunal Chopra's mother Mrs Veena Chopra.
It can be clearly seen that she has shown no progress in the past one year and the doctors do not express any great hopes of her recovering either.
So this being the case now what did Mr Kunal Chopra do ? âď¸ He married Siddhi to cure his mom and that did not happen , so my worthy opponent Mr Kunal Chopra decides to divorce his wife'

Then she stops speaking as she sees Kunal moving towards Thakral ,Thakral smiles at Kunal, Siddhi knows whats going to happen and calls out to Kunal.
'Suniyeee'
Thakral sees Kunal coming towards him and next thing he knows 'SMACK'!!!
Kunal has slapped Thakral in the full view of the court.

This is just my take on what could happen,because like i said divorce doesn't prove kunal is guilty , but this approach serves two purposes ,humiliate Kunal get him to react incorrectly.
Secondly scar his character which can prove instrumental in turing the case in the favour of Thakral's.
Also Thakral could raise the fact that Siddhi asked for divorce because she knows he is guilty but this again doesnt prove anything.
While taking this approach Thakral is intentionally showing Siddhi as a victim too so as to gain the sympathy of the court.Siddhi can refute it but Thakral can argue she is scared about social stigma hence not saying anything.Well how Siddhi refutes it will follow đ
