Twilight Zone

This serial is not a typical saas bahu where the saas acts like a demon and the bahu acts like a slave.

This serial is not about nuclear family where there is no interference from the elders or the elders are no more.

This is an in between serial where husband and wife coexist in a family respecting the elders while the elders look after the welfare of the entire family. So some individual decisions will be over riden. I feel this teaches people how to live in society, how to give and take and how to move along. Too much freedom leads to other problems like ego clashes between husband and wife. Too many restrictions make people depressed and oppressed. So a healthy balance can be struck.

That is the reason for its popularity. It does not confine to one age group.

And women dont dominate as in other soaps. Men have their voice and women respect it. And these men are quite wise and loving.

Ideally men and women must have equal voices. But it is not possible in all families. We should be thankful that men are not reduced to meek voiceless souls and for a change they assert and even the all powerful saas has to listen.

This serial shows saas her place, bahu her place and the others their limits.

yeah the show is about relations so they show it very perfectly and show how much rights bahu have not that they were beaten,insulted and keeped away 4rom her hubby's.
luv it for its sweet and simple story and far most its concept of luv aftr marriage☺️

Serials do come and go but YRKKH seems to go on without major hiccups like deaths, plastic surgeries, unnecessary leaps etc. It is flowing like a calm river taking us along with its course.

Akshara and Naitik are normal couple and they always are for each other when circumstances turn tricky. They support everyone and thats their strength.

Gayatri, Bhabhisa and Rajshri may go overboard with their worries, Daddaji may become too strict but our akshara and Naitik rarely loose their cool.

I find the relationship between Akshara and Varsha very beautiful.
