why hide that jia gave her kidney

why is Jia hell bent on hiding the fact that she gave her kidney to shom in order to get money for gyan pandeys surgery. Why are they hiding all this ??I think when everyone comes to know about it they again wont believe her.

She was scared that they may not let her initally and after that she did not want all to think she is a goddess and treat her different.

kshom told gyan pandey when he suspected jia of being kshom wife!!!

cause while donating her kidney it was illegal to give kidney to an outsider so the doctor had to make her sign as tho she was his wife!

so when the documents got in the hands of gyan he questioned her and she didnt want to tell that she has given her kidney to kshom!

so when gyan shouts at jia kshom makes him realise that gyan is alive cause of the transfer of kidney and to make money for gyans operation!
