GETTING ERROR ON COMMENTING DRASHTI'S PROFILE WHY

I COMMENTED ONLY ONCE TODAY ON DRASHTI'S PROFILE AN HOUR BACK AND NOW I AM TRYING BACK TO COMMENT THE SECOND TIME BECAUSE AS FAR AS I KNOW WE CAN COMMENT TWICE IN A DAY. BUT I KEEP GETTING THIS WARNING MESSAGE. ITS NOT LETTING ME COMMENT.

I WAS ALLOWED TO COMMENT 2 TIMES TO BARUN'S AND KSG'S PROFILE BUT NOT DRASHTI. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH INDIA-FORUMS?

THIS IS THE ERROR WE ARE GETTING... IF YOU ARE SO JEALOUS OF DRASHTI THEN TAKE HER OUT OF THE SYSTEM AND PUT HER IN BOLLYWOOD.

I AM HAVING SAME ISSUES. I THOUGHT THE RULE IS WE CAN COMMENT 2 TIMES ON CELEBS IN A DAY

There is a limit of 3 hours space between first and next comment

how will u explain when some fans find it hard to put in a comment even after days?? didnt mean to b rude.. but like your theory applied, why isnt it a problem to comment on other celebs but a problem for dd?? enlighten me pls... this is one reason i hate coming back to this place...
