The moment Mayank left the house, after another of those passionate kisses they shared; Nupur was left in a daze. She entered her room grinning, still blushing form the kisses they shared and went to lie down on her bed' she finally knew what being complete meant for her.. it meant being with him'

Mayank entered his hostel room, smiling in a secretive way only to find Sam waiting for him, impatiently ad with worried lines all over his face.
Sam: "mayank kahan reh gaya tha tu? kya hua? Sb theekh hia na? I mean'"
Mayank placed his things away and still smiling replied, "well, Nupur and I decided to give it a chance.."
Sam looked at him as if Mayank had lost his mind, "you mean she decided not to tell her dad and get u thrown out of the house?"
Mayank didn't turn to him instead he went to the other side of the room, "actually u are very near'"
Sam: "Oh for God's Sake! Stop that and tell me kya hua?"
Mayank turned around to face him finally and announced, "we decided to give our relationship a bit of time.. now stop brooding and get me a cup of coffee please!"
Knowing full well that was all Mayank was going to share and still somewhere pacified by that answer, Sam quietly made Mayank coffee trying to digest what his friend has just announced.. However by the time he poured the coffee in cups, Sam was grinning because somehow things were happening just the way he had anticipated.. Nupur Sharma had found a way to get to the heart of this arrogant, brooding, silent friend of his.. and something told him this was just the start'

"so this is what it feels like to be in love'"
Nupur sighed and hugged the pillow while Gunjan was sitting beside her all grinning, "how would I know? Its YOU who have fallen in love with your oh-so handsome and arrogant tutor remember?"
Throwing the nearest pillow at Gunjan Nupur grinned, "yes Gunjan! Somewhere, somehow your best friend is now in love.. with Mayank Sharma'"

The way Nupur said his name made Gunjan's grin turn into a tender smile.. she knew how it had always been for her best friend.. in spite of her father's love Nupur had always lacked this emotion in her life, although Gunjan was worried about how Mayank and Nupur will get through it keeping in mind all the differences, but somehow she trusted that man, and above that, she trusted her determined friend who was also helplessly in love with Mayank Sharma.. however above all this, she believed in her dreams for her best friend..
"Gunjan!"
Gunjan: " han baba! Ab please haan, don't even think I am going to listen to his praises any longer, that's all u did since last two hours.. how about we talk about some more important details'"
The naughty smiled had Nupur at her guard, but her blush gave her away..
Gunjan: " oye hoey! To baat yahan tak pohanch gaye hai?"
Winking she hugged her friend tightly, "so where is Mr Mayank Sharma taking u for the first date?"
Nupur frowned and Gunjan glared, "stop frowning! I mean whether u blush or u frown! But u know what? (her grin broadening) I have a strong hunch Mayank is going to focus more on your blushing!"
Blushing and glaring back at her friend thought about it, "ermm.. Gunjan.. he didn't talk about dates.. u know.. as in.."
Understanding the dilemma, Gunjan said , "u didn't talk yet about the *not-so-convenient-matters* about your relation?"
Nupur: "actually (placing her head on Gunjan's shoulder) we didn't.."
Gunjan : " oopps' but ismein kya hai? call him up? Wese bhe kal Sunday hai na? he wont be coming to the house so atleast he can meet u out somewhere right?"
Nupur: "hmmm.. but I doubt he will agree'"
Gunjan: "Miss Nupur Bhushan, if that man agreed to kiss u in your own house , I think, he is better then what u think!"

Mayank was still smiling and he could still feel the touch of her lips on his, and her soft skin beneath his hands, and for the first time in his life he was failing to concentrate on the work.. he was so lost in that day's happenings that he didn't realize his phone had been ringing until Sam shouted, " Mayank! Nupur ka phone hai!"
Shaking his head at Sam's over reacting nature, Mayank took the mobile only to find his own heart beat had increased at the mention of her name..
Taking a deep breath, trying not to let out his nervousness and be a target of further teasing by his room mate, Mayank picked up the phone, " hello'"
Nupur: " errmm.. hello Mayank'"
Mayank grinned at her nervous voice, and looking around to make sure Sam wasn't in hearing distance, he teased, "u weren't this nervous in the morning when u actually grabbed me'"
Nupur: " Mayank' (blushing) acha suno to sahe.. errmm.. I called to ask, kal hum mil sakte hain?"
Mayank: (sighing he leaned back still grinning) "I should have expected this' u aren't the kind of girl to wait for me for a formal invitation of a date?"
Nupur: "is that what it will be? A date?"
Mayank: "don't doubt that sweetheart.. I already informed you, you are entering a dangerous relation.."
Nupur: "and I informed u too.. I am looking forward to it'"
Mayank: " so what time tomorrow?"
Nupur: "7 pm.. at '"
Mayank: " the place will be of my choice now that the timings are of urs.. what say princess?"
Nupur smiled at the way he called her princess and replied with a soft, " sure.. so I will see u tomorrow?"
Mayank: "u will,.. goodbye Nupur'"
Nupur disconnected the call and sat silently trying to pull herself together.. what was about this man that he somehow always managed to make her feel fluttery .. shaking her head still smiling, she called Gunjan who was in the other room, while Nupur had been making the call, to help select her dress' Gunjan knew this wasn't going to be easy, but she also knew, if Mayank Sharma wasn't already in love with her, he soon will be '
