since the serial starts i was wondering what was the reason behind this that arnav was diabetic is he eat too many sweets in his childhood? OR any thing else share me ur views

u dont get diabetes by eating too many sweets, it just happens sometimes like any other disease. genetics.

main cause of daibetes according to my knowledge is extreme depression and genetics..
