Dear fellow Gulaalians,

Below is an e-mail that I have sent to Sphere Origins. If you agree with it, I would request you to do the same. Maybe they will agree to our request.

request for release of original Gulaal script

Sir,

I am one of many viewers of Gulaal who seem to never get enough of it. You can check out the Gulaal forum in India-forums.com, you will see (and you may be already aware) that there are people who are still watching and discussing Gulaal. But repeated watching also increases the slight frustration that this brilliant serial had to end somewhat hurriedly leaving a few loose ends, a few implausible ones. That is why I, and I am sure many others, would like it very much if you could release the script and screenplay of Gulaal as it was originally created. We would feel very satisfied by reading it and imagining how the serial might have actually played out. If you decide to release the script, an intimation on the Gulaal forum on india-forums would be greatly appreciated. I will be keenly waiting to hear from you.

That's a great thought - but are you sure they have the right and liberty to do that? I mean yes, they own rights as the creators; but wouldn't any clause in the channel's contract bind them?

I'm sending out the email anyway - if I hear back from anyone, will post back here =)

thanks guys for liking my post, and thanks jzee for your reply. I don't know who might hold the rights to the script, but since the thought had been on my mind for a long time I just had to get it out of my system. BTW, since you write very well, you could post your own email that you have sent to Sphere Origins so that others might use the same mail and send it in their names. Who knows, maybe if they get many emails, they might heed our request.
