when Khushi says..."rukiye,ham tayaar hain"...and ASR comes near her...and then his expressions which follows...it shows that he still loves her and he is doing this for her benefit as well(apart from Anjali)...
its a classic case of mistrust/misunderstanding but not lack of love on Arnav's part
