the title says it all

from the beginning of the serial I knew it would've been full of twists and confusion ...because iss pyaar ko kya naam doon ! The title of the serial makes it so clear they themselves won't figure out the kind of love they have for each other and their relationship would be confusing...the whole point is for it to be a journey. People shouldn't get so worked up over this show and predicting what's coming simply to get disappointed..or even getting upset that whatever is happening isn't satisfying...in the end everything will work out...so just enjoy
