At least Sharma family is ready to accept Ricky as Indira's husband, now when they know he belongs to the Diwan builders. But the Diwan family, and especially their mom, are some serious obstacles. His mom seems to have a soft corner for Sameer and not Ricky. Just see how she cared about Sameer's wound and ignored Ricky. 😡 This Sameer will turn her into a monster like him.
I agree, Ricky is in the most difficult mental and social situation right now. Indira gets at least some support by her family and she often gets most things done in her way. But Ricky is all alone (except Vidit who is currently not in a state that he can help Ricky). Ricky has been treated like this since early childhood, while Indira had a normal childhood and adolescence until she was 18. However, both have endured the same kind of pain and betrayal by their dear ones. Those two families are like non-existent for Ricky and Indira, they are existing for their own means. We will never see a real change in behaviour towards Incky in those shameless people living for their own self-interests (aka money). I wish Ricky and Indira had been raised in families that were interested in giving, loving and sharing. 😔
