you are right i made the same post by writing that i want to help by bringing his rank up and by bringing the show rank up as well but i don't know where to go for the CM and i tried to join the club for him but when i did it it did not show my name there in the list so i don't know what to do plz help if u can i'll be really grateful to you thank u

CM meter is the one on the D3 forum front page left top... u just have to click the join button going to to his fan club in his prof,it will change to unjoin wen u have clicked it dat means u have joined his fan club
