Nope. She didn't sound to angry that he picked Gopi up. Mind you the kulfi convo comes after this scene.

But by then Koki will be focused on Rashi and will let the matter go.

I dont think she will scold Ahem but she will be upset that he didn't eat the curry she has made especially for him.

i dont know why are men like that. atleast he should have said mom i have some important work i fill finish it and come done. koki would have backed off and kulfi doesnt take too long to get digested.
