when puesh is in hospital and sujal come to meet puesh and sujal say something about kashish then puesh ant to say something to sujal than his oxgen musk was felt and was nat feeling well kashish saw sujal to comeing out from peush room she runs and saw that puesh was not well she call the doctor and than gose to archi house (sujal was living in archi house) she slap sujal than sujal put his hand on kashish to slap but could,t do this

i think the answer is "tum piyush ko pyar karte ho par tumhe sujal se pyar ho gaya hai...." or it cld be....."bahut khush naseeb hote hai woh log jisse sujal jaise pyarkarnewala milta hai par bahut badnaseeb hote hai woh log jisse tumhari jaisi kisi se pyar ho jata hai......
