I agree with dazzle that cgm never killed dhannanand. And that DN became a monk.

I also read about selucus's daughter Helen. May b durdhara n helen r same.
(my best guess 😉 )

Only God can tell with 100% accuracy... 😛

First of all, welcome to the forum🤗

well no ... Durdhara and Helen can't be the same person... I'll tell u why:

1. Durdhara died giving birth to Bindusara... as she tasted the poison given by Chanakyo to CGM in his food to get him immuned to any kind of poison... that was when CGM was in his 20s[i guess]

Durdhara was Indian [not the daughter of Dhana]

2. Helen, also known as Cornelia was the Greek princess and daughter of Seleucus.. CGM married her in his 40s or late 30s 4 or 5 yrs prior to his death... He married her as a result of a marriage allinace with Selecus...

The dates don't match at all... so they both can't be same at all...

ya that's a theory for sure..but in some source it has been stated that dhurdhara was a macidonian girl named diodra.and in some book she is koshambi princess..so only god knows what is the truth

😃I think that dhurdhara was dhananand's daughter...she was not seleucus i nicator's daughter...and seleucus was a foriegner and name dhurdhara seems indian name...😆

yeah she was clearly not selecus's daughter.chanakya would never let bindusara ascend the throne if he was a greek blood.
