all 3 possiblities can happen...this rape case is more complicated than aitraaz...in the movie at least akshay-kareena are in love...so they is no fear of humilliating kareena in open court...but then here kunal doesn't know that siddhi loves him...and here its not only involved kunal n witcha...but unknownly siddhi too...thakral is a cunning creature...he will ask kunal various qns of his married n personal life that might humilliate siddhi as his wife...the problem here is kunal is a married man...not only witcha involved but also his wife siddhi is involved too...its very complicated...and we all know when its siddhi...kunal is weak in emotions since he loves her n can never see her humilliate infront of public...

same kinda thought came in my mind too that he accepted it to tell Siddhi that ok now prove me innocent as u think u r best lawyer

i agree thakraal humilating siddhi in court ...mite make kunal accept the false charges..but it still goes against his character...coz he always follows the path of truth .no atter watever the hurdles are...but we still never know...love makes people do many things which they would never do otherwise...so lets see...

the easiest way that siddhi would prove kunal innocent will b by proving herself to be his alibi when the "rape" supposedly happened. she will claim that he was in bed with her and kunal will b forced to admit the truth.

its an indian serial, how can they prove that in court?

plus sddhi's is his wife, will court accept her as proof?

It is a mystery why Kunal will accept the charge in Mon episode per promo.

They have not shown on Fri, that the case has started. If they show tomorrow, Kunal has to start case per the article and almost lose it [ cannot prove his innonence per article] and Siddhi takes over which is when per the promo he accepts the charge [ as he is plains clothes and Siddhi in lawyer's dress]. Too many things has to happen in 20 min on Mon for him to accept the charge.

Also, he is shown to look at angrily to Ritcha after saying it. Not at Siddhi. Doubt whether he will do this to tell Siddhi that he does not want Siddhi to take his case.
Per article, he had taken up the case first but could not prove himself.

If the sequencing does happen with all the info. we have so far , based on the article, it may not be Kunal's plan now.

He could be forced into accepting due to one of the below especially after he himself his unable to win the case and now has Siddhi to bail him out:

1] During the case discussion, point may come where and what did he do after he left from the hotel. Then Kunal has FB of consumation [ conveniently he will only remember that not all what happened before consumation] and he will think i cannot say all this since Siddhi does not love me and is divorcing me. Why should i bring that up and cause her further pain in front of public [ Mahaan atma]

2] Also during the discussion, he may have FB about Ritcha telling him how he said all those things to Ritcha thinking it was Siddhi. Again the same reason as above that he cannot bring that up in public and chooses to keep quiet.


3] Kunal remembers that Ritcha does tell him that he was drunk and he lost his sense and thinking it was Siddhi, was close to Ritcha. Though Ritcha does tell him nothing happened, now that he thinks since he could not prove his innonence, how can Siddhi help him out [ he does not knwo what siddhi already knows]. May be there is indeed some truth to what Ritcha's charge [ since he was not in his senses completely] and does not want Siddhi to bear more hardships for him , so he accepts the charge.

Let us see what route CV's end up showing us.

Anycase, based on latest youtube videos, whether it takes 5 or 50 episodes, end result is we are getting to see SInal romance which means Kunal will be freed from this case somehow.

i think promo was shot differently to the episode bec if we look at thurs episode when kunal got bail, it was same place as promo. siddhi was in lawyer get up and kunal in maroon i think?. so looks promo was shot that time and in the actual episode things maybe shown little differently. even though he may accept the false charge it will shown in a different way in the episode

kunal will fight the case as per article and fail to prove himself innocent and then we know siddhi may fight and prove him innocent. though its confusing if he said he did it, how can they backtrack, unless court punish him, he goes jail and then siddhi appeals in supreme court and case re opened so she can fight it

here is my take on the options you have taken

1.yes thats possible, he wouldnt want to say that he was with siddhi and they consummated they marriage that night etc, this fits in with the fbs he had on fri, where he couldnt sleep bec he kept thinking about the consummation and felt guilty. no one except sinal know that that night they consummated the marriage

2. yup he wont want no one to know that he confessed his love for siddhi thinking witcha was siddhi hence wont mention that either.

3. i dont think this can happen bec kunal knows nothing happened and he has proved it many times too, he can never think that he actualln would do that, bec even when he came home that night he was hell bent on telling siddhi again and again that nothing happen. they cant take the u turn at this stage

another possibility i was thinking of is that what if thakral talks about siddhi anand in court, asking kunal why he married siddhi knowing that she was his brother love and siddhi loves anand too etc, he would feel guilty again and start getting frustrated and blurt up that stop it and accept the false charge

mabe thakral will call siddhi in witness box too and ask her questions reg her past and her marriage with kunal

i hipe they dont tkae this case for 50 epsiodes, maybe just 2 -3 weeks track and all is wrapped up,

hopefully from sbb and umtv seg we know siddhi will make kunal slowly realise and accept his love for siddhi and that should be happening soon, so the shouldnt drag the case
