No I think what happened was when Khushi's parents were going in the car they had Shyam with them and when the accident happened Shyam's brain got damaged and he got this deadly disease in which u loose all ur memory and u start acting like the first person or thing u see and Im guessing Shyam saw a snake slithering nearby so he thought he was a snake too and started acting like it!
And as he's lost all is memory he cant remember Khushi was his own sister and is now plotting against his wife to somehow marry his own sister! 🤢🤢😆😆

Anjali will be Payal's bhabhi, since anjali is elder sis of her husband. So Shyam will b like brother to Payal. If he is bro to Payal, then for Khushi also he will be a brother... Not directly, but from far relation they will bcom bro sis 😆 and i hope they will bcom bro sis directly instead of this far relation 😆😆
