No I think what happened was when Khushi's parents were going in the car they had Shyam with them and when the accident happened Shyam's brain got damaged and he got this deadly disease in which u loose all ur memory and u start acting like the first person or thing u see and Im guessing Shyam saw a snake slithering nearby so he thought he was a snake too and started acting like it!
And as he's lost all is memory he cant remember Khushi is his sister and is now plotting against his wife to somehow marry his own sister! 😆
