Preeto was sooo hurtfull towards Rajbeer...she was spitting venom at him...Her words " aapko khud achchi parvarish nahi mili hai, aap apne bachchon ko kya parvarish denge" cut like ice. And she hit him below the belt with her words when she says "Aap apne ateet ko kabhi nahi bhula payenge". 😲
Rajbeer-Preeto fans have been crying with her approach...why did she have to do it? how could she be so heartless? Was there no other way of doing this? Did she not knw that this would hurt him how? She is the only one who has seen the full extent of his wounds, yet she was ruthless in her assault...😡
Yes...?...so it seems...Let us try to look at it from Preeto's point of view...She is a sensitve girl, she is never rude to anyone, hell! she was even cool with NA, when she deserved no mercy...so what makes her do this? This is our observation :
Preeto actually never wanted to hurt Rajbeer. If we look closely at all the scenes of the roka day, between her and Rajbeer, she just wants him to accept what she has done, she doesnt want to give him any reason...she is a bad lier. She doesnt like to lie. So she keeps saying, main aapko batana zaruri nahi samjhti, etc etc. But Rajbeer is persistent. He keeps asking her and she can see her worst fear coming true that he is not going to accept her decision and he is not going to back track, so at that moment she uses the biggest weapon she had...she brings his past. She knows that freezes him. And he hates anyone who brings his past out. She is desperate, she wants to push him away...and in a way that she can be sure that he wont return...cause she wants to be fair to the deal she had with NA.

It kills her...to hurt him...She wanted him to go frm her life and she starts softly but he is persistent so the dam breaks.
In some ways we feel, she has used the 'haq' she feels over him...we all hurt the people we love the most...somewhere she knows he will break...but some where she knows his strength also and she had already sent a prayer to babaji to take care of him...and she hopes that simmi will help him...
We want to hear your take on this...

I would like to what hamsafar has said here with this -

Preeto knows she was being hurtful but how he would take her words she only realised when he went Missing In Action and that is when she realises what he really means to her and so her words that she will never forget him and will live with his memories and there will be no one else for her.

She has now finally realised that she has crossed that invisible line of falling totally and irrevocably in love.
She has cut all the other strings that bind her and has finally bound herself to him...But at the same time she has let him go
Pyaar me kisi ko apna banana nahin kisi ka ban jaana pyaar hota hai...With this she finally has given herself

So the words though hurtful and bad have actually added to the relationship. RB has tested his limits and realised the depth of emotion he is capable of and Preeto has realised the depth of her love and by this today both stand on the love platform as equals. I have always had this problem of balance in their relation as I always felt that RB's feelings went deeper. Today I can actually say that Preeto's feeling's match RB's in depth.

Absolutely adianasr...We totally agree with you...
We were always waiting for Preeto's love to reach the heights and depths of Rajbeers...
Actually her love was always his equal, but she was just taking time to realise it...😊
And she had to realise it by sending him away...cause such are the ways of love...actually Rajbeer had never really left her...even during their so called 'break-up' he has always been there...omnipresent..

So the first step of her realisation happens when she pushes him away the first time, when she resigns from the boutique...and he says "jahan jaogi mujhe paogi" that is the first time she realises how he had amalgamated with her own self..."jitna unse durr jana chati hoon utna unhe apne pass paati hoon"

Now, with this NA deal she has been forced to throw him out of her life...and this is the second level, because this time she had accepted him fully into his life; this time, she was ready to take the big step...so cutting the tie was more difficult...When she has to do it, that is when she realises that she can never truly be seperate from him. "unka pyar humesha mere man mein rahega"
(You notice that is the first time she includes him also in her prayers.."babaji 'mere' Rajbeer ko sambhal lena"... till now she used to pray only for her family...)

And when he disappears, is untraceable in the night...that is when the next level happens...the almost final level when she has reached the state of total surrender and immerssion...while worrying about his well being she also faces the reality that she and he will never be together...
And so she comes to terms with losing him; because in a way, she knows she will never lose him...how do u lose someone you have merged with...? "Beeji akeli toh aapki Preeto bhi nahi hogi"
That night, when she says "aap kahan chale gaye hain Rajbeer?" , was it one soul calling out / reaching out to the other? And did the other soul hear the call?
...because that night we could have lost Rajbeer...he could have been lost forever...but he returns...
...no one knows or understands the ways of love...and that perhaps is the beauty of love...that it remains undeciphered...

Thanks Anasuya for always appreciating and supporting...We also love your balanced approach...😊

Thanks Adianasr for making this discussion enjoyable & meaningful...👍🏼
We are not talking of the 'final level' as yet...😛...from what we understand of love... and Rajbeer and Preeto...and the game of the CVs...we feel there may be atleast one more level for these two to cross... whether our guess is right or wrong...time shall tell!!!😊
A wise man has said "Love is the source and the destination. Life is just the path" 😊
Cheers!

enjoyed reading both hamsafar and adianasr post. Clearly able to understand Preeto's stand point, However what I am not able able to understand is that she was aware of the fact that how RB connects to her (heart to heart ) , what made her conclude that by saying all the hurtful things, just at the tongue level would make RB leave her while her heart was longing for him?

She is fully aware that status of RB's deep love for her , he had mention that to her on several occasion , " if you are not beside me , I will walk alone", what made her assume that he will fall for Simmi or have the same kind of feelings that he had for her .
