Khushal wheels Mansen out of Bhoomis room, and Bade Dadaji walks in. Bhoomi, Khushal and Mansen are taken aback, but Bade Dadaji has apparently not heard anything, as he asks Mansen why he was here in Bhoomi's room, Bhoomi tells him that he had come to inquire of her's and Arjun's wellbeing. Dadaji is pleased that Mansen is changing and wishes that this change would be permanent.
Dadaji tells her that her interview has been arranged in S.C. factory.
Everyone is ready at S.C. for the press conference. Shambu passes on all information to Shish, Keshav spots him, Shambu feels nervous and hangs up. Bhoomi arrives with Bade Dadaji at S.C. Keshav and Lakhi receive them. Dadaji first informs the media that Khandelwal have started a new company Damini Creations in competition with S.C. and we have no objection to that, but they have copied Bhoomika's designs, and trying to capture the export market, and then Bhoomi address. She does not blame Damini Creations of stealing her designs, but just side tracks those questions.
Shambu hears her and feels why is she lying when she herself gave those designs to Shish. He calls Shish again to give further information, Keshav again spots him talking on the mobile, goes to him, Shambu get nervous, hangs the phone and tries to hide it but the mobile falls from his hand to the ground. Keshav tells him to go find Lakhi, picks up his mobile and calls the last dialed number, Shishupal answers.
Keshav realizes that Shambu is Shish's man and he must have stolen the designs. When Shambu returns Keshav blames him for stealing Bhoomis designs, Shambu tells him that Bhoomi herself gave those designs to Shish and not him. Keshav is shocked and speechless.
Shambu call Shish and informs him that he has been exposed, Shish tells him to quit work immediately.
After the press conference is over Bada Dadaji invite Keshav over for dinner.
Yuv finds out about Bhoomis press conference and is angry with Shishupal, and he feels if Bhoomi does not listen to us it would be difficult to fulfill Ahuja's order in time and we will lose the contract.
Bhoomi prays, that on request of Dadaji she has held the press conference, but one day the truth will come out and is worried about what would happen then, and asks for LK's help.
The whole family is gathered in the drawing room, in a very good mood, the guys decide to cook and give the ladies rest. Bada Dadaji asks Bhoomi to join and help them.
The Kitchen and everything is in a mess but everyone is happy and helping one another. Baisa brings Mansen to the kitchen and tells her that she is happy the family is 1. Mansen misses Yuv and imagines seeing him there in the kitchen with the rest of the family, but realizes this is only his thought, and goes out of the kitchen.
Khushal and Mansen are alone, Khushal tells Mansen that Bhoomi is treating us as criminals, but in front of everyone she behaves as though we are all 1, he tells Mansen that when the time comes everyone will side with her and be against them. Khushal tells him that Shish gave the CD to her. Mansen feels that this is the way Shish is avenging Satpal's death. Khushal wonders is she is trying to trap them, at that point Bhoomi comes into Mansens room but they both are unaware of it. Mansen says no Bhoomi is a simpleton, what she wants is for us to accept our crime in front of everyone. She wants us to lose, but I will never lose.

Keshav asks Bhoomi that she is the one that changed the file, why is she afraid of Shish and does whatever he wants.
