I dunno if this has been posted! but read the last para, looks like it's shyam devised plan to make arnav aware by hugging khushi making it look like she too loves him if posted earlier, sorry for that!

Arnav plans to propose to Khushi

Arnav has feelings for Khushi. When he thought something had happened to her, he panicked and was very upset to see Khushi hurt. He even helped Khushi to serve the guests at her house. All these things made him understand his feelings for Khushi. Arnav has finally accepted his feelings and has now decided to propose to Khushi.

Arnav tells Khushi that he wants to talk to her about something important, Khushi gets nervous and is worried about what Arnav has to say. When Arnav tries to tell Khushi about his feelings he is constantly interrupted.
Arnav says "I can't seem to get my mind off Khushi, I have realised that I have feelings for her and I want to tell her that I love her.

Khushi says "Arnavji wants to talk to me, I don't know what he wishes to say but I am very nervous, as every time he comes near me, my heart beats faster."

Meanwhile Khushi sees a message on her mirror. The message informs her that someone wants to meet her. Who is it that wants to meet her? Is it Arnav who wants to confess his feelings for her? I feel that it is Shyams plan to trap both Khushi & Arnav. knowing Arnav's feelings for Khushi he had tricked Khushi to go to terace where in the dimlight, Khushi will go near him thinking him as Arnav but he spill the bean by saying he never loved Anjali (his stereo typed words,) and just by exact time Arnav enters the sceane, while Khushi is blabering about why he can't get away from Anjali & divorce her. he would have timed Arnav's entry the way he times Khushi entry (to get confused about anjali's behavious towards Shyam). May be he would have advised Arnav to come to terace by then he will bring Khushi over there (after trial proposal) and come and hug Khushi at the right time to give all the wrong impression about her to Arnav.

May be the moment he saw Arnav, he might change his words / role by saying look Khushi Anjali is my life, please never ever try to seperate us even in our dream we would like to live together etc. And thbnfaithful saala will believe his Jeeju than Khushi. So he might drag her and confront her by calling gold digger and also might blackmail her to marry him for the sake of Payal's marriage.
