Piyali's Solo was Amazing!!!

I liked the choreography of her solo, the whole "koela" thing and how it ended on that note too. Piyali's expressions have also become much more controlled and restrained. Not as OTT as her first classical performance.

I also thought it was a nice, good, clean act like Terence said. Def. the best solo amongst the girls. And it also had SO actual much dancing in it which is what I liked. I find both Remo and Geeta try to hide behind concepts/stunts/acrobatics to disguise the lack of actual good DANCING. Both of Terence's choreographies/solos were FULL of dance which was refreshing to watch.

I also find Remo/Geeta quite petty with their comments. Sometimes I agree...but in this episode they were really quite petty. Piyali's chakkars were fine...yeah she could've been cleaner in the hip-hop section, sure. And Geeta too was laughable when she was commenting on "using music"...Really? Geeta should be the last one to talk about that since she really hasn't been using ANY of her music pieces well this season. I just found that both these judges were being unnecessarily petty. Criticizing is fine...when it's done with the right intention/direction. Why the lack of appreciation where people deserve it too?

I'm surprised no one commented on Piyali's huge improvement while Urvashi got that compliment... even though she is still such a dull performer.

Anyways, Piyali had confidence while performing and she was actually DANCING...which is more than what can be said for most of the contestants this season, sadly.
