OK Peeps...The promo is quite depressing...Shyamu is doing his deed...Just when our lovely couple was getting sweet on each other...just when we did not have to think about the Khadoos in ASR...just when he was letting it go...just when it all looked so possible...

Our imaginations and dreams will be brought down to a screeching halt...The mean ASR will be back...he will hate Kushi...He will perhaps not wantto see her again...We will all be so depressed...and we will have to wait for another 8 months for the romance to come back again...Banta nahi hei...right? We deserve better ...right? So where is the silver lining? Well may be it won't be as bad as we fear it to be...May be, just may be the love will refuse to die...It will be against all odds...It will be against all predictions and against every plausible reason...but IT WILL BE THERE!!

OK...lets be back to todays episode...Although I feared the uncool ASR based on the promo yesterday...today, it seemed sweet...just an admission of how much he has fallen in love...when all he wants is to be there for her...how much he has let his guard off...Well I liked the naughtiness and the playfulness that came along..Calling her out to say thanks tonight...playing with her when she asked to help push the plate that was falling off...tuckingher hair back...

The second best scene today was Arnie thinkin about all the things that he has felt for Khushi when Akash is talking about "being in love"...I think Barun did an excellent job here!!

The sari selection scene was enjoyable too...Shyamu lurked in the background...poissoning our imaginations...A constant reminder of how short lived everything is...It was like watching passengers on a flight you knew was about to crash...

But Picture abhi baki hei mere dost...May be the love that is flying will refuse to crash...Lets hope...

Overall 9/10 for todays episode...

HIya Sush,

I must confess that I watched today's episode half heartedly finding myself incapable of enjoying any Arhi whatsoever. The obvious reason is the promo which has cast a shadow over the joy and pleasure of their romance. Story wise the timing of the turn in the story may be appropriate but the timing of the promo was not. We could have done with a few more episodes of smiles and blushes that too after patiently waiting for 8 months . Alas Cvs have other plans and rightfully as it is their story to tell.

It been many hours since I watched it and the first reaction was What The **** !! Since then folks in the forum have been trying various ways to cheer and comfort each other . Remarkable I must say . This emotional and physical reaction to a show. Some want to stop watching , some want to post messages on LM's facebook, some in denial some in depression. Prior serial watchers may have experienced this before but for me its a revelation itself as to how these fictional characters and their story means so much to real people . Truly remarkable .

Predictions galore and each has its merit and demerits. According to me the entire track depends upon 1) What and How much of the truth is revealed to Arnie. Will he hear the entire convo and draw his conclusions or will he insist on more details. 2) will he reveal that he has heard this openly to his jijaji. 3) Will he partner with Khushi or consider her an adversary ? 4) Will he use his dimaag to put 2 & 2 together or react in anger

Based on these there could be many possibilities .marriage or separation being a few though each have unanswered questions. One thing is for sure is that Arnie is going to burn in his new found feelings . Angst , this is what LM described his character to be . Khushi is the only one who can endure it and now is the time for test for the both of them. I hope she stands up strong against him and helps him through this difficult time. This is more of a battle for Arnie to protect his loved ones and for Khushi to show him how.

I say bring it on Cvs we are with ArHi all the way . We got thru Diwali and tis too shall pass.

Of todays scene I just like the saree choice scene. the rest is all a blur.

The song that comes to my mind is Taio Cruz's "I'm only going the break your heart .."

Oh...How could I forget...Today the scene between Khushi and Payal was so beautiful...so touching...Khushi giving her the little things to remind her of her childhood ..the childhood memoriesthey have shared...and most of all...Khushi gave payal her Devi maiya...Can you believe it? This girl is so selfless...She wants Payal to be protected by her Devi Maiya...she knows what kind of person Manorama is...That was really really sweet...

This scene was like poetry...LOVED IT!!!!!

Sweet episode; very hard to believe this is ASR! As expected, waiter comment didn't cause the slightest dent to his ego. It was as if he didn't hear it. The ego was nonexistent, he was one of them. Gupta's were now his family too. He was very much at home👏

The two were very much aware of each other but he had this calm about him, like he was in a good place with his feelings and about Khushi's too😳 He behaved like they have been in love forever, totally n sync😍 He was like a supportive husband; didn't think twice but got down to business which was to help her out. He was quietly helping her clean up, even picked up the dirty plates😲 Pyaar kya kya karwata hai😆😆

Khushi was trying to decipher what happened to the laad governor, rightfully so. A big leap for someone who always reminded her of her aukat.

Loved the flirty ASR, save your TY's for the evening😳 Typical ASR, will she take the bait? We have the SBS hyperventilating scene I think but he will stop short of ILU. Yeh din kuch zyada hi lamba nahi tha? Who cares, me full on mutlabi when it comes to romance! Waise bhi we know what's in store. Snake coming out of his hole but should they show him hugging her? Yikes, pukeworthy...🤢

The saree selection eye locks didn't go unnoticed nor was the fake call. Smart nani, unke baal aise hi safed nahi huye😉 ASR seemed unperturbed, loved the confidence. I think he will not back off now, he may be upset she didn't confide in him but I hope he trusts her after the initial anger. I don't think this is the real hatred track. This is a kiss & makeup track but will be dragged for a few more days.

Shyam has been way too careless and hasn't covered his base. There is plenty of evidence against him. One simple question that ASR should ask himself - why was his jiju a PG and go from there. Wouldn't you expect that from a smart businessman? He is not Devdas yet, so I assume he will do the math. Things definitely don't add up, Shyam cannot hide for long. I have a good feeling! Yes, I am way too optimistic! Aadat se majboor, a sucker for romance!

Promo doesn't bother me much coz I know ASR ko farak padtha hai; separation ho ya na ho❤️ He will be more affected by this than Khushi & that doesn't convince me that it is a full on hate track. Aag dono taraf se barabar hai, so bring it on😉

Hi Sush,

Yes the promo made me cry... 😭😭😭 and some how it also had the effect when i was waching 2days episode. It made me sad like watching a sinking ship. And yes i hope all is well with Kushi in coming episodes.

Hi Ratna...I have no faith in Arnie using his mind...he is too emotional...willbe even more so...I hope Anj will be in a position to help...or may be nani...We don't have much to count on here with...Anj herself in danger...Rest of them are totally useless...lets see...

Hi Sush!

The promo completely ruined it for me 😭

i watched today's episode with prejudice and could not enjoy it no matter how many times I rewatched it.

Arnie was super sweet and adorable and that's what made it worse! Seeing him helping her out like he was already her hubby, no qualms about serving the food, no offense taken at being addressed as "Waiter", cleaning up the jhootha dishes and mischievously reminding Khushi to thank him later that evening - all this made me even more sad...a big storm is hovering on the horizon...and the lull before the storm is not comforting at all 😔

The saree selection scene was equally adorable...aankhon hi aankhon mein ishaara ho gaya types...Tanthya had given a lovely explanation of the three sarees in her post...the one Khushi immediately selected first is like Arnav, the second one kind of forced by NK and the third one...she did not even glance at it, like Shyam.

Finally she went with the one Arnav indicated...perfect choice 👏

Loved the smile she gave him at the end before leaving...and loved how Nani gave Khushi an excuse to stay back longer to continue looking at her sweetheart! AWWW!

I have never ever been bothered by Shyam's presence before (I would forward all his Shashi torturing scenes, so those don't really count for me), but now I have earnestly begun to hate his character.

ONe thing I am mighty glad about, is that they showed Nani and Anjji recognizing Arhi's feelings for each other. It added a lovely angle to the story and if ARhi get married in the future, she will have ample support from Nani and Anji...ie considering other things go well.

I have no clue how Arnie will react...judging by his love for his sister and his past history I feel he will thoroughly misunderstand Khushi...why else would they show Khushi uttering those terrible words to Shyam about leaving Anji? She would never say that...the CVs purposely chose those words to turn Arnie against her.

The thing is that now he's in love with her. EVen if the original Rakshas mode ASR comes back, will his behavior with KHushi be the same as before, or will it be different this time around?

That's the million dollar question.

I only hope they do NOT drag this part of the story for months...it will definitely affect the TRPs...

Nice to see the optimism, Sush. I don't think it's time to flip out over the promo. We all knew the crisis was coming, it's just that we figured it would be post the Valentine's Day lovefest, instead of as a cliffhanger on Friday. In any case, as Ratna says the possibilities in terms of how the plot devolves are numerous, plus promos don't always play out the way we imagine (the Khushi-ambulance one was simply a trigger towards realization for Arnav, Khushi was just fine!) so this may be some kind of red herring. Even if it isn't and we head back to misunderstanding, blame, anger and frustration, there will be plenty of physical proximity (Khushi will fall often from a height and Arnav will catch her each time!!!), they will glower and exchange harsh words but there'll be plenty of chemistry and dhak-dhaks for both 😃 . I do agree with Ratna that the reaction on the promo has been extradinary whether it's dpression and anger or people cheering each other on, holding hands and singing kumbaya 😛 . If I was a show runner, I'd be beyond thrilled to see such intense connections with the show. From their standpoint the promo is uber successful!!!

Unfortunately the epi itself has been overshadowed and what a sweet one it was. Arnav the waiter was so adorable - caring, helpful, teasing, smirking, playful; I loved it all. He has Khushi completely off balance, bemused and feeling as if the ground has caved beneath her ( in a good way!). The sari scene was also lovely --- got to give props to Nani for her stellar role as cupid 👏. The sibling scenes were sweet, esp the one between Arnav and Akash. Seems like Arnav's epiphany is complete. He fully acknowledges what he feels for Khushi ---- it is luuurve!!!! Wish I could be as sure of Khushi's understanding of her own feelings.

I think we should just enjoy the next couple of epis of sweet romance and deal with the fallout as it comes. My preference would have been to see this relationship grow, before we got the crisis not only because we're enjoying the romance so much but also because to this point it's not had to chance deepen and develop meaningfully. That it will endure and sustain thru tough times would be more beleivable if it had a more solid foundation. O well, may be the writers will continue to surprise us in good ways - I'm an incurable optimist. 😳

Sush...the promo was depressing to say the least...it never left me to enjoy todays epi. I am not in a mood to write much today. A sinking feeling...just as you said a passenger in a plane about to crash😭

Just sharing few of my thoughts I was waiting for the romance to develop into Love ..though it was only from Arnav's side we saw...we never came to see kushi's love😔 So I still feel the truth came out too soon...Arhi love story was just picking up and I know it will further accentuate and become stronger in the coming track also..but I would have still liked to see their bond get stronger in a lighter phase than the troubled times. I dont know why CVs have done this...they always have focussed on Arnav's love for kushi more than kushi's for Arnav..her love is still in a very very premature stage where as Arnav's in the peak..so I am more confused as to how they will develop kushi's love now during this painful stage..when he is all khadoos...how will she go through this rough phase and still be in love with him when her base for love is almost at zero! What is there for her to hold on..I would so much hate to see her in love just because she is married...where is unconditional love then?? I better stop now..Sorry for the rant Sush!

Loved the pool scene and the saree scene...this guy so much in love...ready to do anything for her...so much in contrast to his earlier days...he was totally dreamy in the pool scene. Kushi slowly becoming aware...her stolen glances...though for a minute she didnt want to outright reject NK's saree she firmly held on to Arnav's selection...very very cute.

Will come back after listening to your song!
