I think even according to Indian law, any Indian citizen can fight their own case, represent themselves in the court. They don't necessarily have to have a law degree, any citizen is allowed to fight for themselves. Please feel free to correct me If I am wrong.

I Think Law Degree is Compulsory.

It Will be Tough Time for Chopra family..Kunal lose Job and then Rape case. So we are going to miss funny kind of SInal moments..But may Be for changing enviornment seema or sidhi behave like that. It Depends On Court,If Kunal not allowed to fight his own case then SIddhi will be second and last option..
