I was going through this article which says that attempt to rape is not a crime.

Do you think that the CVs have done a lot of research to show just a sensitive issue?
I do not want them to make a mockery of such an issue just for the sake of making Siddhi mahaan, or show more of that Witch Richa (is mona basu having affair with the head of the colors channel? (please am not talking about Ashwini)
Let the CVs make some good use of Sameer Soni the actor as he will have more screen time to show his powerful histronics as a lawyer defending himself against the crazy Thakrals.
Let Siddhi support him as his better half.
