SOUMYA GLAMS UP FOR POGA

Actress Soumya dreamt of becoming a journalist and she even studied journalism before she 'accidentally' became an actress. Well, she's pretty pleased to be playing a journalist in her new release, "Ramadandu". "I finally got to be a television journalist. My journalism degree hasn't been such a waste after all," jokes Soumya. Krishnudu is playing the lead in this flick directed by Satish Vegnesa.
Quiz her about her experience of working with Krishnudu, and she says "He hardly speaks. He is a very silent kind of a person, and likes to keep to himself".
The Vishakpatnam-based actress is pretty upbeat about her role in the experimental 4-D horror flick "Poga", directed by Marthand Shankar and produced by Anand Ranga. "I play an actress in the film. I have a very glamoros role. In fact, it is the 'boldest' character I have ever done in my career," she beams. The actress is set to start shooting for the film towards the end of this month. "I am working on losing a lot of weight for this film. Hopefully, I will manage to turn a few heads in this flick," she says.
