So he might be the new supporter in the Sharma family.

He may understand her problems and support her decisions.

That's what I was thinking may happen too but it seems that Munna and his Mom said Indira was not around when Inder asked about her and they made it appear as if they were the ones that spent the night there. Also Indira asked Rishi not to say anything to Inder about anything she had did to help him so that is why you see Rishi looked shocked when Munna and his mom say that and he is about to say something but remembers what Indira had said to him about not saying anything at all.

hopefully it will become known to him anyway but even still you can't trust any of her family members to do right by her since they are all selfish.
