in todays epi was see akash promise never to hide anything from payal. payal wants to come clean too about the secrets she knows and is thinking of whether or not to tell him.

IF SHE DOES -
akash will be in shock and will belive payal but have the heartbreak, which payal doesnt want.

IF SHE DOESNT-
when the truth does come out akash will be upset with payal thinking that she didnt trus him or that his mum is right about payal hiding things, making it harder for him to belive khushi's side of the story.
