Exactly i too felt the same..the ritual they did of giving the card to Viraj n saying that he is like God to them ws too much..i understnd that they think he has helped them in every way..bt thinking of him like that n so much praising looks quite silly..bt in the case of Jahnvi, i can undrstand why she is behaving like that..compared to how he had behaved with her earlier, his present behaviour must b luking like a miracle to her..thats y she is ready to do anythng fr him..also she has this hope that Viraj will nt b going back to his old ways again..
@red: That's exactly what it felt like. There could have definitely been other ways I guess to show how much they appreciate Viraj, but replacing him with God just didn't feel right to me.
@blue: Oh true! Never actually looked at it from that angle but that makes so much sense! But I'm glad that at least she saw how he was treating the maid today. Hopefully she has some suspicions regarding the situation once again.
But of course, like you said, she thinks he's changed. What I find really scary is that she hasn't recognized how he's actually stifling her completely. There's a fine line between caring about someone and caring TOO much, and Jahnvi clearly hasn't realized that yet. Sigh, I'm hoping the psychiatrist will work in changing Jahnvi's mind and allowing her to see the reality of the current situation she's in.
