After watching today's SBS i think i get what was happening...

Arnav was running after the ambulance because he wants to stop it so that he can take Kushi to the hospital and thats when he falls while running... what dya say?

Why doesn't he just drive to the hospital or something wrong with the car?!

Make sense then. What happened to NK?

Loved the SBS segment due to the arhi moments but confused about it as well!

By the looks of it, and considering what happened (according to SBS, Khushi hurt herself to prove her love for Arnav which in my opinion does not fit to Khushi's character)...i think Arnav dragged her with him leaving NK to go home alone.
