I don't think they would allow the international fans to suggest because the winner will be able to meet Hina Khan on the set of YRKKH so it would hard for the international fans come to india for just that only...

I think you can through facebook star plus page, coz they asked for name suggestion on the page as well and people have been suggesting name on there...
