My take guys -
Arnav's behaviour towards Khushi and this whole NK & Khushi wedding plan is completely ASR.
Yes Arnav is in love. But it's ASR who is doing all the business and going about everything.
Some are alarmed at why he behaved all nonchalant and started pondering over him and Khushi getting married.😆
Some are alarmed at how he did NOT even speak two words to her despite the swoon-worthy, dreamy "Hi" that he greeted her with last Tuesday ...😍😆
To be honest if Arnav had NOT been behaving this way it would have been very out of character .. because it was ASR who once said:
"Itne over excited kabhi mat lago, ki client ko ye lage ki tum deal sign karne keliye uchal rahe ho. Apne style mein kaam karo. Apne sharto par." 🤣

Basically my MAIN point is, lets not question Arnav's actions in love - all last week he proved time and time again Khushi has captured his heart.
Now lets just sit back and watch him "SEAL the DEAL." On his terms in ASR style . - > I have faith in the CV's!
I mean NK is an irritating measly alternative but ASR can handle any competition!😆 [Note, I love NK's character]
I honestly think this the true explanation behind his behaviour.

- First he kissed Khushi and challenged her to CONFIRM it was mutual.😍
