The title itself suggests whats the subject of the debate will be we have new DOTW available

DOTW:Police Corruption

Police corruption is a specific form of police misconduct designed to obtain financial benefits, other personal gain, or career advancement for a police officer or officers in exchange for not pursuing, or selectively pursuing, an investigation or arrest.

(Source:Wikipedia)

As the current track focusses on radhika's murder mystery n cos of recent kamalkant's arrest no student is trusting police and giving info bout her which is even justified by student side as police corruption n misconduct as always been a big problem in Country like India.Who knows d info dey r giving to the cop is himself included in the mystery or is corrupted will sale his loyalty to the person who has murdered radhikha. Thus on that note we have a serious subject here.

Great discussion topic Bipin.
Hmm, my opinion of police corruption is as follows:
I feel that police corruption still exists. No organization, no entity, no government association can exist nowadays without some corruption. While this is sad, it is the truth. However, I do feel that people can trust the police more these days. There is more crackdown on police corruption and with shows like Shapath starting to make a point, it's hard for the police to avoid the topic anymore. I'm not saying we should trust police completely, but they are there for our protection and no matter how much corruption there is, there will always be officers who are there to do their duty and nothing else.

Thank You Sri

Yes corruption can't b removed completely how much we try there always will be corruption.

Yes in dese days we can trust police not dat much but stil lil bit but wat if the fued is between common man n big personality dat tym can we trust cops in countries like india where politics is cricket game n cops r used like as if dey r ball u must have heard d Famous dialogue in movie by ministers police hamari jeb (pocket) mein rehti hai.

Tv shows like shapaths KS CID r making the point trying to improve the image of the cops in India but how much we love the show how much we agree with its concept with its story but d reality can't change even if in the presence of police we rnt safe still people in small cities gets scared of filing an FIR of robbery in deir house dey stay at deir homes n cries deir heartout for getting deir house robbed.

Every cop isnt corrupted but as its said ek machli taalab ko ganda kardeti hai police is facing the samething someone started the trend n everyone got addicted to it.

Bipin, I feel the biggest problem is the ministers and big people. They are the ones behind this police corruption. Many police officers start off with a good reputation, but then they are so misused that they start looking to other sources of income and that's where the corruption comes in.

Yes these ministers responsible for anything and everything regarding corruption.

Yes many officer starts but they r forced to get corrupt by d peoples around dem.

The only way corruption can be minimised is to get rid of such corrupted ministers dat can be done by bringing youngsters who r everready for doing anything.

This reminds me of movie rang de basanti it was based on d same issue it was a great movie with concept of awakening genration.
