I also notice that Arnav rarely interacts with Shyaam. As if he has always had his suspicions about him but now they have been confirmed. He is being nice to Khushi so he can get her out of the way from his sister.

Of course it is another fact he does not realize yet that he loves her.

I might be wrong... but I don't recollect Arnav having interacted with Shyam a whole lot earlier...

don't think so. Arnav is not a man to wait patiently where hi di is concerned.He is realizing his affection to his 'minus dimaag &plus dil' wali chulbuli .His thoughts are also disturbed , His di had said woh tum kar nahin paoge, when the girl jo saanse rukane wali aa jaayegi. He is unable to control himself . Half his movements are deliberate , half are spontaneous , to whom he is unfamiliar. He wanted to squeez NK for ogling at Khushi. Shyamwa vl be turned into pulp for cheating his girls.

Yes... In all episodes, Arnav haven't been super nice to Khushi like he doing now since that sangeet dance. There must be a reason behind this change. It is possible that he might have heard the snake threating Khushi on the poolside... On the other hand, maybe not cos he wud have got big shock to discover the reality of his sis's hubby. It wud hav take him long lengths of time to recover from the shock. If u r good at reading facial expressions n body language, u cud hav understand the characters they play. Anyway that's wat I think. :-)
