I guess he must be same as Megha(she is 28). Ofcourse nothing has been said or shown on this. He is comfortable addressing her as "tum" only. So he must be about the same age. He doesn't look much older to her, so i'm passing that option.

And megha struggled with "tum" and "aap" and settled for "aap" in the end. It could be because he is a stranger in last episode scene. But in the earlier bike ride scenes, she was too tensed/worried for nanhi, never cared for formalities and addressed him in "tum" forms only.

i think i will agree with Subhas...

MOhan will be around the same age as Megha ie, 28 or probably a litttle more like 29!

though honestly Age doesnt matter to me...
