I'm just watching the episode online for the second time... and I thought I saw a shot of Shyam looking highly jealous when Arnav and Khushi are having a conversation outside and NK walks in on them.
Did he see Arnav wiping the haldi off his face using Khushi's dupatta? Or did he only get to see the part where NK was filming them and asking ArHi about the haldi?
Was that why Shyam goes up to the room to clean the haldi off from Khushi's dupatta?
Or did I read too much into it?
